Margaux D’Orlando-Dubois, LLM Fordham Law School

Margaux D’Orlando-Dubois is a French lawyer currently enrolled in the International Dispute Resolution L.L.M. program at Fordham Law School.  She has completed a Master’s degree in Employment & Labor law and another in Human Resources at University Pantheon-Assas in Paris, and has practiced in that area for several years, as well.  At this time, she is developing her skills in dispute resolution, and is participating in the Unemployment Action Center and the Mediation Clinic at Fordham.  She’ll be sitting for the bar in July 2020, and hopes to practice law in the U.S. with a firm or as an in-house lawyer, following graduation. 

Julianne Romy, LLM Fordham Law School

Julianne Romy is a French trainee lawyer and a candidate for the LL.M. in U.S. Law at Fordham Law School. She holds a Master’s degree in international public law and a Master’s degree in international humanitarian law and human rights. She has gained significant legal experience working as a legal consultant at three international criminal tribunals and assisting several NGOs in pro bono litigation on issues covering female genital mutilation, arbitrary detention, and capital punishment before domestic, regional, and international mechanisms. She intends to sit for the New York Bar examination in July 2020 and continue working in the fields of domestic and international criminal law and international human rights law.
