In view of the recent explosion in employment-related litigation, a familiarity with employment discrimination practice is essential for all general practitioners. This course will teach general practitioners and newly admitted attorneys the basics of an employment discrimination case and where to file it.
You will learn: where and how to file a claim of discrimination; what types of employment discrimination are prohibited by federal, state and local statutes and what pendent state claims should be included in a federal court complaint; and potential methods to resolve these types of claims.
Who Should Attend: Newly admitted and experienced attorneys new to employment law practice.
