Thank you to the students at Judith S. Kaye High School and the Rho Kappa Jr. Honor Society at PS 71 middle school for participating on Friday April 23, 2021, in the Federal Bar Association SDNY Chapter’s presentation of the Second Circuit’s Justice for All trial re-enactment of Russo v. Central School District No. 1, a first-amendment case about a teacher who was fired for refusing to lead her class in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. Special thanks to Scott Broglia (PS 71) and W.
