The Southern District of New York Chapter of the Federal Bar Association advises with deep sorrow of the passing of the Honorable Harold Baer. We extend our deepest sympathies to his family. We understand that he had taken a fall over the weekend and was in the hospital but succumbed to his injuries.

A memorial service for Judge Baer will take place this Sunday, June 1, at 1:15 pm at Riverside Chapel, 180 West 76th Street.
